Of course, there's been resistence to Uber here, too, in South Florida. Palm Beach County was going to impose stricter regulations on the company. But the outpouring of criticism from residents in support of Uber caused the commissioners to back down.
So here's my question: Is Uber a radical innovation? A disruptive innovation? Or simply an extension of traditional car taxi services. Whichever you decide, I believe it's "The Voice of the Customer" that decides.
